  • Check that certificate holder have obtain a written confirmation once every 12 consecutive calendar months from each airport tenant fueling agent that the training required has been accomplished.

  • Check that each Aircraft Mobile Fueling Servicing Vehicle Was Checked Quarterly, and maintain a record of that inspection for at least 12 consecutive calendar months.

  • Check that each Stationary Airport Fueling System Was Checked Quarterly, and maintain a record of that inspection for at least 12 consecutive calendar months.

  • Check to ensure certificate holder have required each tenant fueling agent to take immediate corrective action whenever the certificate holder becomes aware of noncompliance, and ensure corrective actions are accomplished within a reasonable period of time.
