Are all tractors clean, in good condition and serviced regularly? (E.g. Is it serviced by an approved agent on a regular basis, has it got mud or straw in the motor, is there a lot of leaking oil or grease, is it dirty, is the cab full of dirt).
Is the tractor fitted with a Fire Extinguisher? (This should be a minimum of a 2.5kg Dry Powder and must have a current Test Tag showing a test within the last 12 months, is it fitted or rolling loose).
Is there evidence the seat belt is worn? (Required when working on steep country, or when there is a risk of roll over or sudden stopping).
Are all vehicles that travel on the public road currently registered? (E.g. Farm Utes, Trucks, Trailers, Cars).
Do all vehicles that travel on the public road have a current Warrant of Fitness or WoF? (E.g. Farm Utes, Trucks, Trailers, Cars).
Do drivers of vehicles have appropriate licenses? (E.g. HT, Car, etc)
