a. Extension Cables

  • Extension cables being used are approved types.

  • Wires are secured on the floor. To prevent tripping. (use masking tape)

  • Wires are in good conditions. (no cuts)

  • Prongs are intact and tight.

  • Gangs are not defective. Without spark marks.

  • Push buttons are working.

  • Indicator lights are working.

  • Breaker button are intact.

  • Portable RCCD/GFCI is available and working.

b. Projector

  • No signs of overheating.

  • No flammable/combustible materials near the projector.

  • No liquids placed near the projector.

c. Sound system

  • Speaker wires are secured.

  • Wireless mic's are working and batteries are full.

d. Miscellaneous

  • Standees, Flip-charts are in good working conditions.

  • Bluetooth presenter is working and batteries are full.

  • Only approved sample bottles are used.
