  • In your professional opinion, is the fencing / barrier set up sufficient for the weather conditions that are currently present on site?

  • Have you made your concerns heard to the relevant personnel?

  • Please speak to your immediate manager/supervisor and the Temporary Works Supervisor / coordinator immediately.

  • Who have you informed about your concerns with regards to the safety of the site perimeter fencing/barriers?

  • Have they acknowledged your concerns and acted upon them?

  • What else has been done to ensure the safety of operatives on site and pedestrians who are passing the site?

  • I confirm that at the time of carrying out this inspection, that all fence panels, barriers etc. that are present to secure the perimeter of the site, are secure and fit for purpose
