Food Premises

Hand wash basin

Has the hand wash basin been installed correctly?

Has a paper towel or hand drying device been installed?

Has a liquid hand soap dispenser been installed?

Walls and ceiling

Are all walls made of solid construction?

Are all walls smooth and impervious?

Are all walls, joins and intrusions appropriately sealed? No cracks, cavities, gaps or holes?

Is the ceiling smooth and impervious?

Is the ceiling, joins and intrusions appropriately sealed? No cracks, cavities, gaps or holes?

Are conduits and wall intrusions designed so the area can be easily cleaned?

Flooring

Is the floor made from appropriate construction?

Is the floor waste fitted with an appropriate cap?

Does the flooring have compliant coving?

Misc

Is there an adequate area for the storage of personal belongings?

Skin Pentration

Does the premise have a designed cleaning sink which is separate to the hand wash basin and kitchette?

Is the ceiling finish appropriate, smooth and impervious?

Is the ceiling, joins and intrusions appropriately sealed? No cracks, cavities, gaps or holes?

Flooring

Is the floor finish appropriate, smooth and impervious?

Approved sharps disposal container

Does the premise have an ASXXXX approved sharps disposal bin?

Does the premise have a TGA approved steriliser?
