Kitchen Flat 3: check equipment working, clean & in good condition including boiler, electric hobs/ cooker, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, kettle, Carbon monoxide/ smoke & heat alarm, floor coverings, wall coverings free from damage? Check lights, switches and sockets for damage. Fire fighting equipment within kitchen, extinguisher and Blanket, unused and in date?

Yard at Rear of Flat 3: free from rubbish, floor clean and free from slipping/tripping hazards, doors and gates intact and free from damage?

Living Room Flat 3: clean and in good repair. Check door, floor, ceiling, lights, sockets, windows, furniture & radiators
