4.6 - Can the fire exit be opened?

5. Fire Alarm

5.1 - Is there a Fire panel or OWS present?

5.2 - Downstairs Fire Alarm Panel.

5.3 - Are regular fire alarm checks conducted?

5.4 - Are there log books on site? If so what is the last test date?

5.5 - Are there monthly staff +/- patient fire alarm practices undertaken?

5.6 - Are there adequate number of detectors?

5.7 - Is the system AS1670 compliant?

6. General Lighting

6.1 - Good natural lighting?

6.2 - Light fittings clean and in good condition?

Emergency and Exit Lighting

7.1 - Emergency exit lighting operable?
