Fire Test Notes
-
It’s a good idea to check the note on the previous week’s checks
-
First call the monitor centre to inform then you will be doing a test, otherwise the Fire Brigade will be called, their number is 0344 800 1999 (option 2, then option 1, and option 1 again) you will be asked for the contract no. 1000745013 company name & full postal address. Inform then you will be running a test, they will ask you how long you would like the test period for
-
When testing the key should be turned to the 1 position as per photo below
-
Insert the pin into the bottom of your chosen alarm point, slightly pull down the bottom of the alarm point. Re-move the pin
-
The alarm will sound, push the bottom of the alarm point back up to click in place
-
At the Alarm panel, silence buzzer, silence re-sounder and reset the alarm
-
Call the monitor centre and check they have received the signal & restore, advise okay to take the alarm back of test
