Door Bell

  • Press door bell and confirm chime is heard from touch panel and any playing audio zone is muted.

TOUCH PANEL SECTION

Light

  • Press Welcome Home and wait for Living Room lights to turn on.

  • Does the touch panel display correct time and date.

  • Press Goodbye and wait for all apartment lights and any activated audio/video room to turn off. Walk around apartment ensuring every room is off.

  • Select one room at a time from the touch panel, choosing specific lights/scenes/raise & lower.

    Walk to chose area and confirm light(s) are on.

  • From the touch panel, select Lights from the tool bar. Ensure all lights are off within this option by checking nothing is highlighted on the touch panel feedback.

  • In equipped rooms check blind functionality.

Watch

  • From the touch panel, select Watch and choose your room from the list provided.

Sky HD

  • From Watch sources menu select Sky HD.

  • Does this turn on the TV and/or select the correct input, and audio from the in-ceiling speakers?

  • To prove control, dial 501. Does this select Sky News channel?

  • Check all volume controls (soft and hard keys) and report any issues.

Blu-ray

  • From Watch sources menu select Blu-ray. Load a disc into the rack mounted player.

  • Does this turn on the TV and/or select the correct input, and audio from the in-ceiling speakers?

  • To prove control, use the cursor to highlight the the different on-screen options.

  • Check all volume controls (soft and hard keys) and report any issues.

Apple TV

  • From Watch sources menu select Apple TV

  • Does this turn on the TV and/or select the correct input?

  • To prove control, use the cursor to highlight the the different on-screen options.

Freeview

  • From Watch sources menu select Freeview

  • Does this turn on the TV and/or select the correct input?

  • To prove control, dial 002. Does this select BBC 2 channel?

  • Check all volume controls (soft and hard keys) and for volume from the TV speakers and report any issues.

  • Return to the touch panel and press All Rooms Off. Check all loudspeakers are turned off.

Listen

  • From the touch panel, select Listen and choose your room from the list provided.

Sky HD

  • From Listen sources menu select Sky HD.

  • Does this select the correct input and audio from the in-ceiling speakers?

  • To prove control, dial 0102. Does this select BBC R2 channel?

  • Check all volume controls (soft and hard keys) and report any issues.

Blu-ray

  • From Listen sources menu select Blu-ray. Load a disc into the rack mounted player.

  • Does this select the correct input and audio from the in-ceiling speakers?

  • Check all volume controls (soft and hard keys) and report any issues.

Apple TV

  • From Listen sources menu select Apple TV

  • Does this select the correct input and audio from the in-ceiling speakers?

  • To prove control, use the cursor to highlight the the different on-screen options and listen for the audible feedback tone.

  • Return to the touch panel and press All Rooms Off. Check all loudspeakers are turned off.

Touch Panel only - Intercom

  • Check SIP Server Status is online.

  • Press Concierge button to place a test call. Adjust the volume slider while call is connecting.

  • When connected, ask the Concierge for confirmation of what room you are calling from. If correct, thank the Concierge and end the call.

Heating

  • Select Heating from the tool bar.

  • Check each room displayed has feedback and a set point.

  • Interact with the system by pressing the +/- buttons.

  • Select Schedule from the tool bar.

  • Interact with the system.

iPad Mini CONTROL SECTION - Carry out tests in each room and record any notes/issues.
