  • Is the food cases clean, presentable and well stocked? (set to siren where possible, all menu/labels present)

  • Are uniform standards being adhered to?

  • Are the deployment standards adhered to? (deployment sheet displayed, names taken, sugestive selling of beverage size and food item)

  • Order a core or promotional beverage - is this made to correct standard? (following receipe, routine and good connection)

BACK OF HOUSE

  • Is the back of house clean and organised?

  • Is the delivery note checked? (items ticked twice to show both received and booked in myinventory)

  • Is the bin yard clean and organised? Broken furniture and crockery removed and debris off floor)

  • Team communications - Are the targets set and updated? Are operations bulletins, KPI's and other communications displayed?
