- Excellent (100%) - It was fresh, clean, and inviting (including the door/entrance). No significant items needed attention. If applicable, the WOW refrigerator was stocked, and the home was immaculate
- Good (95%) - Overall, a good impression. The model was well lit and clean. I noticed 4 or fewer minor areas needing attention. (e.g., a light bulb is out, blinds a little dusty, picture needs straightening, patio needs freshening).
- Neutral (85%) - The model looked OK but really lacked the wow factor of a first impression. There are 5-6 minor areas needing attention and/or 1 significant issue. (e.g., pest issue, leaks, appliance inoperable, significant cleaning needed, strong odor, etc.).
