• All techs. Must possess a fully charged QAM capable meter with latest channel plan.

• All techs. Can upload the home certification tests for RTM.

• Tools verified. Prep tools, 7/16 wrench, side cutters, security tools.

• IOS devices issued to all technicians.

Warehouse/Facility

• CPE and materials are stored in a secure space and under video surveillance.

• Suitable training location and hands on training stations.

• Xfinity products installed for training.

• Parking lot free of trash or debris.

• No Xfinity remotes/CPE/power cords in trash receptacles

• XHS touchscreens are properly packaged for return.
