Asbestos Toolkit (All equipment to be Isolated, Contained/Bagged and Labelled for Asbestos use only)

Test Equipment (Measurement Equipment to be Calibrated by approved test house)

  • True RMS Multimeter - Cat IV (Must be capable of recording to 2 decimal places of an Ohm (0.00))

  • Cable Ties (reccomend with fixing loop)

Mounting Hardware and Miscellaneous

  • Bolts & Nuts 3-4mm approx Diameter. Wingnuts recommended for ease of use while wearing gloves.

  • Washers to suit above (where required)

  • Screws for fixing to Timber Boards (length must not penetrate rear of panels) - Recommend and Assortment of Bugle and Pan Head

  • Black Marker Pen (sharpie or similar)

  • White Marker Pen (sharpie or similar)

Sign-Off

Vehicle Approval and Sign-Off

  • Vehicle is:

    • Approved for Field use
    • Requires some minor improvements or additional equipment
    • Not Approved until major modifcations are undertaken

  • Please create an action item. These improvements must be completed prior to commencing field work or final sign off

  • Technician cannot begin mentoring or conduct any field work until all the indicated items have been rectified. Please create an Action item.

  • Please ensure technician agrees to below and signs. Auditor is to sign off below as well. Once this is complete, please select the 'Mark as Complete' Button below. Should you wish to export your own copy, please use the preview and export links on the following page. Once completed, please Select 'Save and Close'. Audit should appear on the main Audit screen and Sync automatically.

  • I acknowledge the findings in this Audit, and agree that Approval to Work will be withheld until missing or unsatisfactory items have been supplied. Approval to work may also be withdrawn if any of these items are found to be missing while performing work on this program.
