Beginning of Shift

  • Are Hairnets and Beard nets immediately worn upon entrance into the facility?

  • Did anyone come in wearing Jewelry, wrist watches, headphones?

  • Did everyone wash their hands before going upstairs to the locker area?

  • Who didn't?

  • Did everyone go upstairs to the locker area and access their locker to store their personal items, (Keys, backpacks, jackets, coats ect..)?

  • Who didn't?

  • Did everyone change into their Work Safe Shoes?

  • Did everyone put on a Disposable Garment on after coming back from the locker area?

  • Who didn't?

  • Did everyone wash their hands before starting to work with food?

  • Who didn't?

  • Did Everyone wear gloves before handling food?

  • Did all the tables get Washed, Rinsed and Sanitized before starting to use them?

  • Make sure the Logistics Desk Area is CLEAN and CLEAR of any Drinks, Food, Keys, Personal belonging.

Middle of the Shift

  • Make sure we remind everyone to wash their hands!

  • Hair net, Beard net, Disposable uniform check? Is everyone wearing them properly?

  • Who is not? Did we correct them?

  • Did we Wash Rinse and Sanitize the tables before starting Viennese packing?

End of Shift

  • Has the Floor been properly swept? no food debir for potential pests to feed on?

  • ALL Trash Bins emptied, Trash thrown out and replaced with new liner?

  • ALL Tables have been Rinsed, Washed and Sanitized?

  • Walk Through the Logistics Area, Make sure nothing is left on the floor, no food or crumbs on the ground. Take a few Pictures of the Room.

  • Are All the Fridges and Freezers reading the correct temperatures?

  • What Fridge or Freezer is not within range? !!!

  • Make sure the Break Room is clean, no trash on the table, leftover half eaten food.
