Check all chain anchor safety bolts are fitted, are not loose to touch, if a new chain is fitted it must have the red anti tamper paint marking the locking nut.

Attachments: if any are fitted write the type and take a photo of the serial plate.

Is this forktruck a Battery operated truck, if yes take a picture of the charger, serial plate & battery plug type.

Extras - are there extras that are being sent with truck, like auto fill bottle or gas bottles etc. You can take photos.

Take a Photo of the Battery Plate if the battery has been regenerated take a photo of the label.

If the truck has fleet manager is it activated ? Take a Photo to the Fob?

Observations :- anything noted on truck not affecting quality or safety but has been picked up and recorded as an observation.

Minor :- anything noted as missed by the engineer as a quality issue. ie: paintwork demo truck, panel damage, not setup for spec requirements etc.

Major :- anything noted as missed by the engineer that could turn into a safety issue, ie: Through Exam Wrong, Load Chart Wrong, hydraulic hose worn threw but not leaking etc.

Critical :- anything noted as missed by the engineer considered as a health and safety risk, truck is unable to leave until urgent work has been carried out, ie: missing anchor bolt, no through exam, when nut loose etc.

Have all the faults found or identified been rectified (if needed take proof photos)

If the Truck is Safe and the QC is complete put in Out-Bay
