  • Are all iPad timers running? Are they being used as required? (Ex. When handwash timer expires, are employees washing hands? Ex2. When sanitizer bucket timer expires are employees washing hands?)

  • Are all products in Front Counter lowboys properly labeled and within usable shelf life? (Check salads, wraps, all fruit cups, parfaits, and kale crunch - COOKIES/BROWNIES)

  • Are all towels submerged in sanitizer buckets when not actively in use?

  • Are all employees in proper uniforms? (Check for approved jewelry, nail length, uniform cleanliness, etc.)

  • Are front counter and delivery trash cans empty?

  • Is front counter area clean and organized? (no trash on the floor, counters are wiped clean, dining room clean)

  • Are restrooms cleaned and stocked?

  • Are all ice bins lids closed when soda towers are not in use?

  • Are all who are required to, wearing a reflective safety vest? (Curbside, Delivery Drivers, etc.)

COLD HOLDING: Are all in use products at the proper temperatures in order to ensure Food Safety? [Cold TCS items (salads, wraps, parfaits, etc.) must be held below 40°F in order to be Food Safe] IF PRODUCTS ARE ABOVE 40°F THEY MUST BE ROTATED INTO WALK-IN FRIDGE WITH TCS STOP CARD!!!
