  • Destroy dry goods (if any with Destroy label) in Inwards quarantine area

  • Dust all shelves and ingredient containers (Kegs) and packing material containers (Blue bins)

  • Tidy up the area put packaging and dry ingredients in location

  • Clean CIP chemical bins

  • Top up/replace CIP chemicals (If required)

HZ1 Chiller Area
