  • Manual bump is required. If you have been trained to do a manual bump, proceed and notify the Aquatics Coordinator

  • Check Optidrive (top) amperage

  • Check Optidrive (bottom) amperage

  • Ensure inlet/outlet valves (40 & 41) are fully open

  • Check contractors register for contractors currently on site completing works. If there is no sign of current works, re-open valves

  • Check Ecoline for leaks

  • Ensure Ecoline is operational

  • Switch off at the wall, then switch it back on to do a hard reset. If the warning message still shows, the Aquatics Coordinator to contact Blake at AIS. Dose with Sodium Hypochlorite if FAC drops too low (isolate the Aquarius by closing valves 38 & 39)

  • Switch off at the wall, then switch it back on to do a hard reset. Between 0800-1600 weekdays contact FM Helpdesk and ask for an electrician to check the system. All other times, dose with Sodium Hypochlorite until issue is resolved.

  • Check Hydrochem service record (MONTHLY)

  • Ensure valves 38 & 39 are open

  • Ensure manual chemical dosing has not occurred in the last hour, then re-open the valves.

  • Check CO2 gas alarm for fault

  • Press reset. If the issue is not resolved, contact FM Helpdesk between 0800-1600 weekdays.

  • Visual inspection of chlorine circulation pump

  • Check chlorine pump pressure (psi)

  • Filter inspection: ensure all three ‘filter status’ lights are glowing

  • Check again in 30 minutes, if the issue is not rectified then contact the Aquatics Coordinator

  • Record filter influent pressure

  • Record filter effluent pressure

  • Ensure hot water lint pot does not have any leaks

  • Visual inspection of pool filtration pumps 1# & #2

  • Record pool filtration pump #1 pressure (-kPa)

  • Record pool filtration pump #2 pressure (-kPa)

  • Check balance tank sight glass level

  • Check pool filtration pump lint pots for leaks

  • Check heat circulation pumps for leaks, vibrations, and abnormal operating sounds

  • Any issues with the heat circulation pumps, contact FM Helpdesk between 0800-1600 weekdays, OR if the temperature drops 1 degree more than standard operation, contact FM Helpdesk outside these hours

  • Ensure fan is operating

  • Ensure lights are satisfactory

  • Ensure the CO2 tank is in working order (loading dock storage)

  • Current tank pressure

  • Turn off the blue isolation valve on the right hand side to build pressure then once in the green zone again, open blue isolation valve. You may need to dose acid in the meantime.
