  • Is the toilet area floor, walls and ceiling maintained, free from dirt.

Service Area

  • Are employees hand washing correctly

  • Is all service & till equipment clean and maintained?

  • Are food items being boxed and serviced correctly?

  • Check all the front counter and dining area fridge, ensuring products are in date and have been discarded according to discard dates and times?

  • Are all temperature records completed and accurate ( last 4 weeks)

Back Area

  • Are all products in the storage area in date.

  • Is the prep area well organised and clean. (Floor, walls and ceilings) - attach photo

  • Are the walls, floors and ceiling clean and in good condition?

  • Is all chilled equipment clean and well maintained?

  • All cooking and extraction systems clean and maintained?

  • Is all cutting and slicing equipment clean and maintained?

  • Are the staff areas clean organised and in good condition.

Customer service

  • Are the team ready for peak trading all condiments and service wear stocked?

  • Are the staff scheduled to the needs of the business?

  • Are staff giving great customer service?

Store controls

  • Are all daily temperature checks, quality checklists being completed to standard?
