Is floor clean (mopped and swept), including grout lines, and under sink/fixtures?
Are all urinals clean (all around) with fresh screens, including the wall around?
Are the door & kickplate clean?
Are all parking stalls have been checked for any left garbage bags and debris?
Are all entrance doors, kickplates, gates clean and free of cobwebs and dirt?
Are all garbage receptacles clean and replaced ?

Any pressure washing required on an exterior areas? (Trash Enclosures, entrances, etc)
