  • Drive around Lot 1 time slowly: look for areas of opportunity. Example: crew parked in correct area, corral area, trash on lot, lights, windows, trash cans, landscape, entrance doors and concrete, drive thru menu boards, Order display, cashier area, present area

  • It is important to address restroom opportunities immediately... who did you send to complete restroom maintenance/cleaning? Mandatory to have them sign. (Press green pencil)

  • Is your lobby clean? Example: trash cans, floors, under tables, table surface, seats organized, any ceiling tile need changed, all lobby lights working?

  • Take a picture of your lobby.

  • What did you check on your condiment bar?

  • Take a picture of your condiment bar.

  • Is there a lobby person in lobby spot cleaning? If "NO" ask someone to clean straighten what you found. Mandatory they sign this form. (Push green pencil) Also encourage them to check on your customers while cleaning. (Fill drinks, talk, laugh and smile, fix any complaint immediately)

  • Is anyone deck scrubbing entryway, lobby floor, under drive thru windows (like right now?). If not ask someone to clean drive thru windows and or someone to deck scrub. Provide the supplies for them and shoulder to shoulder train.

  • Take a picture of someone deck scrubbing/cleaning entrance door/drive thru windows.

  • Are all counter registers ready to take orders?

  • Is your manager up front visible to customers? (If not why)

  • Include pictures of completed pre-shift travel path, positioning guide, and food safety.

  • Is your food Safety done? (Mandatory to sign this form) press green pencil

  • At front counter area: check for food rotation, expired product, and if anything needs stocked? Put your findings on this form.

  • Mcafe area: clean, stocked, food safety check write findings on this form.

  • Drive thru area: check for any food rotation problems, food expired, stocking levels? Write your findings on this form.

  • Fry station ready and stocked ? Is it put together properly? Fries fresh?

  • Kitchen area: do a thorough check in the kitchen (clean, stocked, food safety issues) put your findings on this form.

  • Prep area: what did you find? (Clean, stocked, organized, food safety)

  • Stock room / dishwashing area: what did you find needs attention?

  • Back drive thru and crew room: what did you find?

  • How many crew/managers/maintenance total people (not including yourself)? What's your labor? Any cash shortages for yesterday?

  • Walkin cooler and freezer: what did you find?

  • Any work orders?

  • Are all your crew in proper uniform? (Hat/visor/ shirt wrinkle free/name tag/ black pants/ black belt/ black slip resistant shoes

  • Take a picture of people not in correct uniform.

  • Is your sundae machine due to be cleaned today?

  • Is your shake machine due to be cleaned today?

  • Is shake / sundae machine down? Why?

  • Is pre-shift travel path complete?

  • Positioning guide done?

  • All deposits verified?

  • Do you need a change run?

  • Did you say hello to all crew and managers?

  • Targets posted?

  • Attach picture of targets.

  • Attach picture of cleaning list for shift manager.

  • If today is the day after inventory. Attach a picture of QCR

  • What is your voice overall satisfaction score? (from the dashboard)
