Check Operation Of Stop Buttons & Guards
Clean the photocells and reflecting mirrors, these are: 1. Feeder stack height control. 2. Front lay control. 3. Out of press control. 4. Delivery stack height control. 5. Sheet over shoot control
Lightly lubricate side lay, side lay levers and cams
Lubricate gripper bar interlock, both sides
Clean and lightly oil gripper bar mounting points & opening pins
Spray the main gripper chains with chain oil
Rotate the oil filter lever 3 times
Clean the filters on the vacuum compressor & cooling ducts
Clean the filters on the electrical cabinet
Ensure Machine & Area Clean & Tidy
