(3) HMO Standards Complience

(23) Adherance to HMO report - found at the appendix of licence

  • The licence holder must adhere to the standard conditions detailed in the report as detailed at the appendix. These conditions are covered above in sections 5 and 18.

(24) Tennants Personal Respnsabilities in Regards to Security

  • Are tenants aware of their personal obligations in respect of the security of the licensed living accommodation, including access and egress from the accommodation via communal entrances?
