No spilling, water or oil in/on celling, wall, floor 天花、墙壁、地面没有漏水、积水或油渍迹象?

Pest control facilities are workable and maintained well虫害设施（灭蝇灯、粘鼠板）处于正常工作状态?

No gap in wall, around door or window; All drain and pipeline outlets are screened 所有与外界相连的门窗、墙体没有缝隙、破损；管道、地漏已被有效密封?

Is the personal hygiene and prevention satisfied? 个人卫生和防护防护是否符合规范要求?

Is the worker behavior satisfied?员工个人行为是否满足规范要求(如违规佩戴首饰等）？

Is cleanliness of machine, facilities, tools and product-contacted surfaces satisfied?机台、设备、设施、工具、产品接触面的清洁卫生是否符合要求？

Is machine maintained at the planned intervals?机台是否按照计划间隔进行维护保养？
