1.0 - Customer Journey

  • 1.1 - Colleague on duty aware of daily offers, including BPG/BOG, Sign Up Offer, Welcome Offer, Machine Offers etc...

  • 1.2 - Colleague seen engaging with customers and promoting offers and relevant promotions<br>

  • 1.3 - Colleague on Duty is aware of current Game of the Week, and can demo the game effectively.<br>

  • 1.4 - Evidence of hot/cold drinks being offered to customers. <br>

  • 1.5 - Gold Standards on the day Correct (Shop tidy, well presented, slips and pens well stocked, colleague in correct uniform etc...)<br>

  • 1.6 - All Marketing displayed as per Raising the Game/Whats Happening and in good condition.

2.0 - Compliance

  • 2.1 - Colleague witnessed asking customers regarding £50+ MLC, or if no customers present - logs available and up to date. <br>

  • 2.2 - Colleague is able to pass safe and secure spot check, including cash limits, explain banking and machine procedures, and are wearing Staff Guard FOB's.<br>

  • 2.3 - Colleague is seen interacting/logging physical triggers. Colleague should be able to list triggers and show an understanding of why and how to log. <br>

3.0 - People

  • 3.1 - Colleague On Duty are aware of Shop Action Plans, and can explain WHY these plans are in place, and understand HOW to deliver.<br>

4.0 - Finance and Deliverables

  • 4.1 - Colleague is able to explain how the shop is performing in the KPI table, and show an understanding of how they can influence the results. Colleague should be able to demonstrate on Pivot Stream.
