DISPLAY, PLAN-O-GRAM'S & POS

  • Are initial impressions positive?

  • Pastries are NOT displayed in paper bags

  • Please take a photo of the pastries on display

  • Display units are full & inviting, clean and arranged according to plan-o-gram?

  • Please take a picture displays.

  • If before 11am, Breakfast POS (Porridge, Bircher Museli etc.) is displayed according to Marketing Schedule?

  • Please take a picture of the Breakfast POS on display.

  • If after 11am, Salads/Hot Meals POS is displayed according to Marketing Schedule?

  • Please take a picture of the Salads/Hot meals POS on display.

  • All products are clearly priced either with labels or menu board. If there are similar products on display throughout the Bar then each must be labelled.

  • Current menu board is displayed, in the correct order and is clean with no handmade alterations.

STOCK ROTATION / FIFO

  • All Grab&Go products are correctly date coded and in date?

  • All Grab&Go Hot hold products are displayed according to FIFO?

  • All Grab&Go cold products are displayed according to FIFO?

  • All Grab&Go Hot hold products are time coded and are in time?<br>

  • If products fall below 63•C, the 2 hour rule is enforced?
