Exterior Visual Inspection

Vehicle glass is free from cracks, breakage, or other damage?
Front Driver's tire properly inflated, undamaged, and appears to have the proper tread depth?
Front passenger's tire is properly inflated, undamaged, and appears to have the proper tread depth?
Rear passenger's tire is properly inflated, undamaged, and appears to have the proper tread depth?
Rear driver's side tire is properly inflated, undamaged, and appears to have the proper tread depth?
Front of the vehicle is free of damage?
Rear of vehicle is free of damage?
Passenger side body of the vehicle is free of damage or defects?
Driver's side body of the vehicle is free of damage of defects?
Vehicle is free of any deficiencies which could affect the the safe operation of the vehicle? If no is answered remove the vehicle from service and complete a work order to correct.
All material, tools or equipment being transported on the storage racks, truck bed or interior have been safely secured for travel with appropriate flags for oversized cargo.
360 Circle of Safety - There is nothing in the vehicles 360 degree perimeter that will block/impede or damage the vehicle when moved.

Interior

Mileage of the vehicle
Are any Dash lights/warning lights on?
Fluid levels are good
Brakes are in good operating condition - if At Risk Report immediately
Mirrors are free from cracks breakage or other damage and properly setup for the driver
Verify interior cameras are functional and recording properly for delivery operations.
Interior of car is clean and free of trash
Insurance and registration are current and present
Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are in the vehicle
Replace the SD memory card in interior cameras weekly, label it, and store it securely in the office (Sunday).
