The below sections of the harness are to be inspected before use checking "yes" if the section is suitable and safe, and "no" if any issues are found. If any issues are found the harness/lanyard must be removed from service, clearly labelled as faulty and not used until all issues are rectified and another pre use inspection has been completed passing all sections.
