The four M12 screws from the motor plate, are fasteners marked?

All eight ground wires on the module, are they connected and are fasteners marked?

All eight ground wires on the module, have a ground indication sticker below?

Is there an electrical caution sticker on each dive unit’s motor plate?

Is there an electrical caution sticker on the control panel?

Are all wires securely connected to the terminal blocks?

Are all wires correctly marked?

Are the wires from the control panel properly routed throughout the whole panel?

Are the wires tied up to the correct positions on the control panel?

Are both ends of the housing capable of being six feet away with all the wires connected?

Are all the PE beams from both ends of the housing routed throughout the cable management guide?

Are all the PE beams from the center of the housing routed correctly?

Are the glass wings and over climb glass panel installed and aligned on the module?

Does the drive unit have the spring attached to it?

Does the gate have the signed “100% Tested” sticker on the MGC controller?

When the gate was powered on, did it perform the homing process successfully?

Are the PE beams aligned correctly between the master and slave module?

Are all the PE beams physically addressed correctly, and on the GUI on the test machine?

Are all the receiver PE beams individually activating correctly when an object obstructs it’s corresponding emitter?

Do both GEDs turn ON and display a Green Arrow and a Red Cross?

Is the brightness of both GEDs within the Magnetic specifications of (200 +/- 5% Lux for Red, and 1300 +/- 5% Lux for Green) measured at 4 inches from the display

When the gate is switched to “controlled entry” mode; does the “master side GED” display the green arrow, and the “slave side GED” display the Red Cross?

When the gate is switched to “controlled exit” mode; does the “master side GED” display the red cross, and the “slave side GED” display the green arrow?
