Fiberglass & Body Assembly

  • Fiberglass chips are noted and communicated to Bodywork for repair

  • Fiberglass air pockets are noted and communicated to Bodywork for repair

  • Fiberglass cracks are noted and communicated to Bodywork for repair

  • Gap between floor and bottom of benches NO MORE than 1/8".

  • Window cut outs are per sales order and inner and outer shell fit is correct with no rough edges, router marks, chips or cracks exposed.

  • Wall gap between interior & exterior walls is minimal, especially around window cut out locations

  • Cabinet cutouts (3) are in correct locations and size, with no router marks or rough or sharp edges.

  • Interior light (4) cut outs are in correct location and size with no rough or sharp edges

  • Interior accessory ports (5) & electrical cutouts (2) are in correct locations, square and level, with no rough or sharp edges

  • Storage cutouts (5) are correct, square and level, with no rough, sharp or chipped edges

  • Using template, fan/air conditioner cut out in roof, in correct location and size.

  • All cuts are straight and cut out sizes correct. Use templates and fixtures to verify

  • Lower and Upper electrical harness are in place.

  • Tie downs are installed with body bolts, straight and with D loops facing outwards towards walls

  • Body to frame bolts are secured and tightened per torque rating 30 ft. lbs

  • Clearance behind tires and under wheel well body is NO LESS than 1/2" and is acceptable and without chance of rubbing

  • Entire body fit including top to bottom and to frame is acceptable and correct.

  • Tire and outside fender wheel well clearance is NO LESS than 3/4" (+/- 1/4") around both fenders

  • Porch light hole drilled to 5/16" in correct location and wired

  • Running light holes (4) drilled to 5/16" and in correct locations

  • Exterior plug and drain holes (2) drilled to 2" and in correct locations

  • Exterior solar plug drilled in correct location and size

  • Tail lights (2) fixture wiring holes drilled to 1" and screw holes (4) drilled and tapped in correct locations

  • Steel plate for the back hatch latch is in place

  • Cardboard floor protector in place after inspection

  • Overall Appearance is clean and free of damage, fiberglass and bondo overspray, garbage, tape and tape residue.

  • Confirm that Fiberglass & Body Assembly has been done correctly.

Body Work

  • All fiberglass chips, cracks, air pockets and damage repaired - Upper interior walls and corners

  • All fiberglass chips, cracks, air pockets and damage repaired - Benches and corners.

  • All fiberglass chips, cracks, air pockets and damage repaired - Floor and bottom corners

  • All fiberglass chips, cracks, air pockets and damage repaired - Side and rear door jams

  • All fiberglass chips, cracks, air pockets and damage repaired - Exterior above belly band

  • All fiberglass chips, cracks, air pockets and damage repaired - Exterior below belly band

  • All fiberglass chips, cracks, air pockets and damage repaired - Bottom edges and along wheel wells

  • All fiberglass chips, cracks, air pockets and damage repaired - Side door and rear hatch

  • Interior belly band seam bondo is sanded, smooth and seam is not visible.

  • Rear interior bottom access cover drilled and tapped and fit is consistent<br>

  • Entire camper completely sanded, prepped for paint as needed

  • Exterior belly band glued completely and free of excessive bonding agent

  • Side door and back hatch installed and preliminary water test complteted

  • Overall Appearance is clean and free of damage, fiberglass and bondo overspray, garbage, tape and tape residue.

  • Confirm that Bodywork has been inspected.

Paint

  • Interior gel coat free of blemishes

  • Interior walls and upper corners have no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks, or scratches

  • Interior benches and lower corners have no chips, scratches, burns, or cracks.

  • Interior floor has no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks, or scratches

  • Interior storage compartments do not have chips scratches, burns, or cracks.

  • Happier Camper step with logo clear coated.

  • Exterior gel coat free of blemishes

  • Entire exterior body has no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks, or scratches.

  • Back hatch has no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks, and scratches.

  • Side door has no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks and scratches

  • Inside both latches and door handles have no rough edges or exposed fiberglass

  • Wheel wells have no chips, cracks, burns, and scratches.

  • All hinge locations have no chips, cracks, or scratches

  • Front seam is buffed out and not visable

  • Bottom edge of exterior fiberglass does not have chips, cracks, burns, or scratches.

  • Roof has no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks, or scratches

  • Hardware and doors are placed on door cart, and ready to move to next operation.

  • Overall Appearance is clean and free of damage, garbage, tape and tape residue.

  • Confirm that the Paint has been inspected.

Final Assembly

  • Windows installed as specified by sales order, includes window cranks and are functional, clean and free of excessive Butyl tape

  • Blinds installed correctly and functional with no loose or hanging strings and not over tension

  • Round window blinds installed and functions properly

  • Interior walls and corners have no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks, or scratches

  • Interior benches and corners have no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks,, or scratches

  • Interior floor has no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks, or scratches

  • Caulking applied around entire interior floor

  • Cabinet doors installed with minimal gaps, in working condition and free of damage

  • Double cabinet doors are level when both are opened together

  • Cabinet door trim as specified by sales order

  • Cargo net installed on interior side door

  • Interior cabinet lights (4) installed correctly with dimmer switch and functional

  • Interior cup holder installed correctly and functional

  • Ceiling fan / vent installed and working correctly (NA) if camper gets AC unit

  • Applied white LAP SEALANT between roof and fan plus on and around the top of screws.

  • If camper receives AC unit (NA), ensure MDF support in place between ceiling sections

  • Camper large supply battery installed in correct location and functional

  • Mini converter installed with bolts and nuts, NOT SCREWS<br>

  • Accessory plugs and outlets, DC (4) ,USB (1) and electric (2) all installed straight, level, tightened and functional with connections crimped and secured

  • Interior drain installed front floor

  • 6 interior mounting plates installed with plastic caps

  • Rear interior bottom access cover installed

  • Storage covers are clean, deburred, wrapped in foam and placed in roadside rear storage compartment

  • Stabilizer crank included and placed in roadside rear storage

  • Entire exterior body has no chips, cracks, burns, buff marks, or scratches.

  • Hitch coupler installed, includes coupler safety pin and adjusted to latch & unlatch under load ______

  • Hitch tongue bolt installed to specified torque ______ and hitch tongue pin with safety pin installed

  • Safety chains are included and are correctly attached

  • Rear stabilizer pads installed and tightened to specified torque ______

  • Front stabilizer pads installed and tightened to specified torque _____ *If applicable

  • Curbside door fit is consistent with 1/4" gap between door and door jam

  • Latch on curbside door functions and locks properly

  • Curbside door striker plate bolts correct length, use covered with acorn nuts

  • Applied Blue 242 Loctite on bolts and nuts

  • Rear hatch hydraulics installed with shocks attached to the door and rods attached to the camper

  • Rear door hatch fit is consistent with 1/4" gap between door and door jam

  • Latch on rear hatch functions and locks properly

  • Emergency brake system installed, including battery and break away cable and functional

  • Exterior tail lights installed and functional

  • License plate bracket installed roadside with rear taillight

  • Exterior turn signals installed functional

  • Exterior running lights installed and all functional

  • 7-pin wiring harness installed and functional. Length should be 36" from the point of where the wire extends from behind the coupler to the end of the plug.

  • Exterior electrical plug installed roadside and functional

  • Exterior electrical vent installed roadside near electrical plug

  • Solar port installed correctly and functional

  • Exterior porch light installed and functional

  • All HC1 & Happier Camper logos are applied, straight, level & centered in specified locations

  • Two sets of keys included and latches are keyed alike

  • Water test completed. Each side 5 minute constant water. Look at windows, doors, ceiling fan and hinge locations

  • Overall Appearance is clean and free of damage, garbage, tape and tape residue.

  • Upload images of finished camper.

  • Confirm Final Assembly is complete

  • All defects contained in this audit have been corrected or repaired prior to shipment.
