Is the associate clamping with the recommended pressure?

For TVs, is a custom pallet being used while picking?

For TVs, are different sized TVs being clamped together?

When picking TVs, is the TV being clamped on its side or face?

For appliances, are units of different height clamped together?

For appliances, are units stacked properly (for example, the bottom and top unit have similar surface area, or the bottom unit is not showing any weakness in its packaging)?

Is a Robopac machine used to wrap pallets?

Is the associate carrying a load beyond recommendations (for example, carrying double deep refrigerators)?

Is the associate travelling in a direction with the load first?

Any units dragging the floor?

Has the trailer been cleaned of any debris that can potentially damage a unit?

Has a pre-inspection of units staged on the floor completed?

If packaging damage is found, is the unit inspected and labeled with blue damage sticker?

Are double stacked units secured with larger units for stability?

Are TVs wrapped/strapped onto pallets?

Is there sufficient gap between units for easy offloading (not tightly loaded)?
