  • Do all vehicles have a valid MOT certificate, insurance cover and excise licence?

  • Do all drivers hold a current driving licence (MIDAS or equivalent) and are medically fit to drive?

  • Seat belts are worn as part of mandatory requirements?

DESIGN TECHNOLOGY (DT) - SECONDARY SCHOOLS ONLY

  • Have the teachers delivering DT read and understood the risk assessments in this area?

  • Are all pieces of equipment's servicing and inspections in date (including PAT testing)?

  • Are all DT staff trained to the required standard?

EDUCATIONAL VISITS

  • The EVC has attended training in the last 3 years

  • All Education Visits risk assessments are signed off by the EVC?

  • Are all staff that are involved with these visits, trained?

PHYSICAL EDUCATION (PE)

  • Have all relevant staff in this area read and understood the PE assessments?

SCIENCE
