Does the student have an individual learning plan in place?

Are learning targets sufficiently detailed to enable students to progress?

Does the student contribute to the setting of the learning target?

Does the teacher use a tracking system to show learner progress over time?

Assessment Criteria

Does the student understand the assessment criteria?

Does the student understand what they need to do achieve the best result/ mark/ evaluation e.g. higher grades?

Written Feedback

Is written detailed and evaluative?

Does feedback explain how the student could improve and make better progress?

Does feedback identify clearly what the learner has done well?

Is there an opportunity for students to provide feedback/ reflections on their work to the assessor?

Has the teacher corrected English and mathematics in the written feedback?
