  • Ensure candles are blown out and put away

  • Assess espresso machine. Deep clean if necessary

  • Check over all server side duties

  • Check over bar close

  • Assist with Patio

  • Make sure all windows are closed and locked

  • FOH music turned off

  • Once all FOH partners are cashed out, close Moneris terminals (##99 - Close Batch)

  • Check in with kitchen and complete punch adjusts

  • Ensure all FOH sweeping and mopping is complete

  • Print out reports on back computer

  • Fill in reports on Navigator

  • Navigator Email sent

  • BOH leader checklist complete
