  • Fire alarm specification including details of any remote signalling

  • Inspection Certificates for the fixed electrical installation

  • A copy of the Fire Risk Assessment

  • Any cleaning schedules and records for kitchen extraction cleaning

  • Contractor Control procedures and Hot Work Permit records

  • Any specifications that describe any insulated composite panels used in the construction

  • As fitted intruder alarm specification including details of any remote signalling

  • Makes and model types of any security safes

  • Details of any business continuity plans

  • Health & Safety Policy

  • Workplace risk assessments including your fire risk assessment

  • Sample training records

  • Accident records

  • Safety inspection / audit reports

  • Pollution controls / discharge licenses (if applicable)

  • Products details including any safety features, and Quality Control procedures (if applicable)

Changing Rooms and rear of house

  • Are walkways tidily?

  • Is the Car Park Clean and Tidy and the outside signage in good order?
