Visually inspect hoist structure for any signs damage, wear or cracking.

Visually check hoist for air or hydraulic leaks.

Visually check for any loose or missing components.

Visually check hoist cable condition

Access and clearance area kept clear e.g. no obstructions in area.

Check lifting arm lock operation where applicable.

The area is clean and free of oil or objects that could cause a slip or fall.

Ensure appropriate protective clothing is worn at all times when ever working around or operating<br>the hoist.

Do not allow people or animals to remain in vehicle when raising the vehicle.
