Kitchens, Kitchenettes

  • Clean bench tops, fronts of cupboards and splashbacks<br>*Photo Required

  • Clean out microwave, oven, fridge and freezer/dispose of any items left by prior guests. Spot clean fingerprints off appliances. *Photo Required (microwave, oven, fridge, freezer)

  • Empty the general waste bins, wipe any food stains off the bins and replace bin liners

  • Clean kitchen table, check seats for crumbs and food scraps, wipe down seats as required. *Photo Required

  • Restock consumables. 6 tea, 6 coffee, 6 sugar, 2 packs of biscuits, 1 long life milk, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 3 dishwashing tablets, 3 laundry powder, 1x shampoo 1x conditioner and 1x hand soap per bathroom. Bathrooms

  • Clean showers, shower heads wall & floor tiles, shower screens and any shower caddies. *Photo Required

  • Clean bath, sink, mirrors, all tapware, towel rails & fronts of cupboard's. *Photo Required

  • Empty rubish bins and replace liners.

Laundry

  • Check washing machine & dryer for clothes left behind from prior guest. *Photo Required

Toilets

  • Clean inside and outside of toilets, including full outside of toilet bowel & tiles behind the toilet. *Photo Required

  • Ensure toilet paper is restocked. One on the holder and two additional rolls per toilet. Note: Fold toilet paper on the roll the HIC way. *Photo Required

Communal areas & Loungeroom/s

  • Clean all glass partitions spot clean for finger prints ect as required. *Photo Required

Bedrooms

  • Make beds presentable, make up any beds requiring linen. Bring back any used/dirty linen. *Photo Required

Floors

  • Deoderise property throughout.

  • Mop floors throughout.

External checks

  • Check BBQ and clean as required, check gas bottle. *Photo Required

Property Security

  • Ensure all windows are closed, all doors are locked & any required alarm systems have been switched on.

  • Ensure no rubish is left on the front/rear of the property.
