  • Furnaces shut off , and hot work provided on areas where additional Fire Blankets are installed?

  • Is basket made with 20 oz fire blanket to assist in keeping Embers/Sparks from falling to area below? (As Sketch shows on procedures?)

  • Are Clamps used to create basket tied off with wire to keep from accidentally dropping if they are displaced?<br>

  • Is individual providing fire watch on swing stage Trained to use Fire Extinguisher?

  • Is Fire watch being done for 1 hour after hot work being completed?

  • As work is completed and One hour fire watch is completed, is JS Vig notified that the 3 hour "Intermittent" Fire Watch can be provided?
