  • Bedding is properly serviced and is clean and in good condition<br>Evaluate adherence to hotel's linen re-use program<br>• To check pillows: <br>o Check outside of all pillow cases<br>• To check bedding: <br>o Check both sides of bed scarf or bedspread/comforter/duvet, if applicable<br>o Check top side of decorative top sheet (US/CAN, CALA, EMEA) (when present) (W, <br>LC)<br>o Fold down each layer to the bottom quarter of the bed and check each layer<br>o Stop after you have evaluated the bottom/fitted sheet<br>Mark No if you find any of the following:<br>• Linens were replaced outside of hotel's re-use program<br>• Significant cleanliness issues<br>• Condition issues<br>• Excessive wrinkled linens or bedding

  • Odor is neutral<br>Check to ensure that the room/suite odor is neutral and Mark No if you find any of the following:<br>• Heavy air freshener<br>• Mildew or musty odor<br>• Odor not neutral<br>• Smoke or food odor<br>• Other odors

  • Trash cans are emptied<br>All trash cans must be emptied and cleaned during housekeeping service<br>Check all trash cans and Mark No if you find any of the following:<br>• Any trash can not emptied<br>• Trash/debris left in room

  • Toilet, tub/shower and shower curtain are clean<br>Rub your hand:<br>• On the bathtub bottom to check for dirt build-up<br>• On and under the soap dishes to check for soap residue<br>• On the shower walls/surround to check for soap residue<br>Rub the inside of the shower curtain and/or liner together to check for buildup<br>Check both sides of liner and curtain and pay particular attention to the bottom seam<br>Check bathtub, bidet, caps, caulking, grout, hinges, hooks, lid, liner, seat, shower curtain, shower doors, <br>shower walls/surround, soap dishes, tank and toilet and Mark No if you find any cleanliness issues
