Has the shute been removed for loading and unloading onto/off the trailer?

Is the air filter clear of debris, clean, and fit for use?

Have you checked the tyres to ensure they are inflated to 15 psi?

Is the engine belt free from twisting, cracks, excessive abrasion and tears?

The oil level should be adequate, have a thick golden viscosity, and should not smell burnt. Are all of these things okay?

Is the engine chassis in good condition and free from damage?

Is the undercarriage and chassis clean and free from debris?

Are hoses, couplings and fittings all secure and in good condition?

Is the machine now safe for use? If there is anything you are unsure about, please select "No" and check with your supervisor.
