  • Select replacement Thermostat to be ordered

  • Confirm that the system has no coil leaks with an electronic sniffer (provide details if the system has a potential leak)

Outdoor System Specs.

  • Identify if the existing equipment is an Straight AC or a Heat Pump <br>

  • Select matching system tonnage to be ordered

  • Select matching system tonnage to be ordered

  • Identify if the existing breaker/disconnect has the correct max amp per manufacture specs and or in need of replacement due to wear. (Identify what materials will be needed ex. secondary disconnect or new breaker to match existing disconnect)

  • Select correct disconnect that is needed for installation

  • Identify if Electrical Wiring is in need of repair

  • Select correct electrical wiring that is needed for installation

  • Identify if the Thermostat wiring is need of replacement and an LB Box added (attach photos)

  • Identify the new system will have adequate clearance from the nearest exterior walls and or any other alternative condensers (mark up on photos). For proper airflow, a 6-in. clearance on 1 side of unit and 12-in. on all remaining sides must be maintained and a distance of 18 in. in-between any other condenser

  • Identify if the Landing space for the condenser to rest on will need any additional support (ex. support feet kit or temp pad) (attach photos) Provide detail notes with measurements if the existing concrete pad will need to be extended (mark up photos)

  • Will any landscaping need to be trimmed and or removed (Identify in detail and mark up photos to provide to the property team to have addressed)

  • Will any other condenser need to be replaced before the scheduled unit. (mark up photos in order of replacement suggested) Call out if multiple condensers will need to be replaced at the same time.

  • Confirm that the system has no coil leaks with an electronic sniffer (provide details if the system has a potential leak)

  • Provide Signature when pre-inspection is complete

Verification of Equipment Delivery

  • Does the model number and unit number of the received equipment match the order placed above? (Provide photo of packing slip with the order number)

  • Provide information as to why the equipment does not match?

  • Provide serial number of the condenser

  • Provide serial number of the air handler

  • Did any additional accessories arrive and are they correct?

  • Provide detailed information of the item that was not accepted and or received (Include order number and part number of the item)

  • Signature Confirmation for all items received

Warranty Claim

  • Provide description of equipment that has failed including part numbers and serial numbers (attach photos)

  • Has Carrier been notified regarding failed equipment? ( Skeeter, Stone <Stone.Skeeter@carrierenterprise.com>)

  • Provide repair option being full replacement of system or parts only

  • Provide new part number and serial number of system or parts replaced

  • Provide claim number from vendor of available

Installation Verification

  • Does the model, serial number and unit address match what was verified during delivery above?

  • Provide detailed information of the item that is being installed with updated Serial numbers

  • Signature Confirmation that installed items match delivery
