NOTICE OF PRACTICAL COMPLETION

We now wish to advise that the building of your home at the above address is practically complete for the purpose of the Building Agreement.<br> <br>Before settlement can take place you will need to;<br> <br>1.Contact your Lending Authority (if applicable) to confirm their requirements prior to the release of the final payment. Please do this early as all Lending Authorities have different requirements.<br> <br>1. A completed “Final Inspection” form duly signed. This will be completed with your building supervisor, who should have made an appointment with you prior to receiving this letter.<br> <br>1.The Final Payment from your Lending Authority, together with any balance outstanding, will be required in the form of a Bank Cheque or Building Society Cheque. If you wish to use a Personal Cheque this will need to be received 10 working days prior to the handing over of Keys.<br> <br>To ensure that the “Hand Over” of the Keys and the installation of the appliances (within 7 days after settlement) runs smoothly, please contact your CSO on 9757-2300 who will be happy to assist.
