This form does not remove any liability or responsibility for the plant supplier to conforming to the QLD Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations. Should the plant be found not conforming to the above, then it may be stopped from working on the site until the deficiency is rectified. IBRA will not reimburse the Owner / Supplier / Contractor for any down time / lost time so caused from the non-conformance
