Confirm for updated drawings, RFI's, plans & specs

Have all draw-downs been submitted and approved

Confirm that the taping quality is ready for paint prior to finish coat

Do any walls receive a level 5 finish

Have all MEP trades completed their work (including any demo and re-installation)

Were all drywall patches sanded

Were drywall patches spot primed

Confirm the ceiling and floor base heights are finish taped to the right height

Is the lighting adequate to install the finish coat

Are all trades complete before the installation of any specialty finishes

After applying the finish coat, are all walls free from damage

Do all surfaces have a uniform finish

Have you walked the project looking for imperfections prior to the architect creating a punch list

Confirm clean-up of our material and scrap

Did you walk and inspect the job site with the G.C.
