  • Confirm that all substrates are not wet or contain too much moisture

  • If precast or concrete, is the pH level at an acceptable range

  • Is the wind calm enough not to cause overspray to carry a distance

  • Have all trades either moved or protected their stored materials from overspray

  • Are all MEP's complete before spray

  • Have sprinkler heads been protected from spray

  • Have smoke detectors been protected from spray

  • Confirm the paint is the correct product from the correct manufacturer

  • Are all coatings applied to the correct MIL thickness

  • Do all sprayed surfaces have a uniform finish

  • Have all protection materials (i.e. tape, plastic, foil) been removed from items that were being protected (i.e. hinges, convectors, sprinkler heads)

  • Look for imperfections before the architect creates the punch list

  • Confirm clean-up of our material and scrap

  • Did you walk and inspect the job site with the G.C.
