Actions to be taken on hearing the fire alarm: 1. On hearing the alarm, leave the building by the nearest exit. Never assume it is a test 2. Do not stop to collect personal belongings 3. Proceed directly to your designated Fire Assembly Point 4. Do not re-enter the building until instructed to do so by the Fire Marshall

Actions to be taken on discovering a fire: 1. Sound the nearest fire alarm by breaking a “break glass” call point 2. Leave the building by the nearest exit. Do not stop to collect personal items 3. Assemble at your designated Fire Assembly Point 4. Your Fire Assembly Point is in the car park of Havilands 5. Do not re-enter the building until instructed to do so by the Fire marshal

Smoking is permitted outside on the path and local area, there are a couple of public bins which have the facility to stub out a cigarette and throw it in the bin. There is also a wall ashtray that is located by the premises.
