In-Pit Tyre Conditions Report

This is a Tyre Condition report is conducted on the Loading Areas, Dumping Areas and Haul Roads for Tyre Improvements while understanding and identifying hazards that influences the operational environment on Tyre life. Any Areas listed in the report that require attention is a step in improving your Tyre life on site. This will also assist in your production Targets. Trucks with Tyre damage don't move coal.

Loading Areas

Loading Areas is free from Spillage. Approach & Exit of Loading Areas Level and well sheeted, free of major spillage. (Free from severe undulations that can cause Tyre Damage, eg )
Cleanup Equipment Working in Area. Adequate width of loading area for operating fleet.
Trucks operating in wet conditions/ Running through water on loading floor. Drainage issues? (Underwater spillage can cause Tyre Damage)
Trucks turning too sharply on loading floor (Can cause bead damage on steer Tyres).
Trucks Reversing up loading face too far. (Excessive load on rear or steer Tyres).
No Bias loading on Haul Trucks. Loading to payload/ Load to contain load. (Potential Spillage).

Well graded (smooth) running surface, No toe protrusions or undulations. Windrows comprise of fine material with no large rocks/spillage.
Spillage on Haul Roads, Trucks not running up windrows or cutting corners too Sharpley.
No water accumulation on running area for Haul Trucks. Blocked drainage to assist with removal of excess or pooling water.
Superelevation apparent on corners. No negative camber on sweeping corners.

Sheeted to within close proximity of tip-head (material must be suitable size). Free of spillage with a well graded (smooth) running surface.
No evidence of wheel marks on entry or exit windrows onto dump (windrows, dividers, corners etc.)
Trucks Reversing up too far on tip-heads. Not using the toe as a stopping bund.
Cleanup Equipment working in area. (Manned up)
