This report is generally a non-intrusive visual inspection and has been prepared for the sole use of Independent Network, the sharing or copying of this report must be at the consent of Independent Network. Whilst every effort was made to fully inspect those parts of the building requested of us, no permanent or secured fixtures and fittings were removed by us. We have not inspected any parts of the installation which were covered, unexposed or inaccessible and we are unable to report that any such part of the installation is free from defect.

IF APPLICABLE: I/we agree that the works described are an accurate account of items required to complete the installation/works and I understand that if there is a balance payable it will be paid on completion of this report as per the terms and conditions of the contract. It has been made clear that if there are any further works identified after the date of this report these works will be captured, documented separately and as per the consumer rights act I am entitled with withhold a payment representative of the outstanding work not the full balance.
