OH&S Job Site Inspection

  • Take a photo clearly showing the whole front of the property.

  • Infinity site sign is clearly displayed and all details filled in?

  • Temp fence installed with functional gate, and not obscuring footpath?

  • Is the site clean and has clear access to all work areas?

  • All necessary amenities are provided and maintained?

  • Bin / cage on site and not overflowing?

  • Electrical meter box test and tagged and within date?

  • All trades on site have OH&S induction cards?

  • Trades have a first aid kit on site or in their vehicle?

  • Trades have completed SWMS for the specific job being undertaken, with correct date and job address?

  • Is all necessary PPE being used (eg UV safe clothing, safety boots, glasses, dust masks, gloves, hearing protection, etc)?

  • Are all guards in place on tools and machinery?

  • All necessary fall protection (scaffold, roof guard rail, framer edge protection, balcony hand rail, stair void, etc) installed and is clear and secure? <br>

  • All fall protection tagged and dated by installer?

  • Australian Standard, Trade quality ladders being used safely?

  • Electrical “No Go Zone” permits obtained where applicable?

  • MSDS completed for hazardous materials where applicable?

  • Plant / machinery being operated by qualified / licences operators?

  • All trenches backfilled or covered where applicable?

  • Any other visible dangers or concerns that need to be addressed? Please note in comments below.

    1st offence: Verbal warning.
    2nd offence: Written warning.
    3rd offence: Dismissal

    Management to be notified in writing of all warnings. Any serious offences can lead to instant dismissal.
