1.0 Rear Door

  • 1.1 - check locking bolts (wing nut device attached)

  • 1.2 - check swing frame pins and mounts are in good condition

  • 1.3 - check hydraulic cylinder for serviceability

  • 1.4 - check condition of seals

  • 1.5 - check inlet sucker hose for visible leaks

  • 1.6 - check hose condition

  • 1.7 - check for wear, cracks, welds and Structual damage

2.0 Internal Body Shell

  • 2.1 - check pins and split pins

  • 2.2 - check cylinder mount box

  • 2.3 - Check the general condition of the internal body

  • 2.4 - visual check all weld areas

3.0 Engine Body Shell

  • 3.2 - check cylinder mounts top and bottom

  • 3.3 - check general condition of shell

  • 3.4 - check condition of all welds

4.0 Sucker Fan

  • 4.1 - check condition of fan cover

  • 4.2 - check fan cover hinge points and bushes

  • 4.3 - check fan seals

  • 4.4 - check fan blades and their welds

  • 4.5 - check fan rotation and alignment

  • 4.6 - remove side cover and check bushes

  • 4.7 - check condition of springs & rod arm

  • 4.8 - check engine mounts

  • 5.2 - check engine mounts for suitability

  • 5.4 - check condition of gun and wand

  • 5.5 - check condition cover belt guard

  • 6.1 - check turret condition and welds

  • 6.3 - check area around turret flange and body

  • 6.7 - check general condition if boom

  • 6.8 - check hose condition attached to boom
